DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Fleet Management Department is seeking a Customer Service Representative II - Parts Inventory, for the Parts Division.
This position performs a variety of manual and clerical duties related to the ordering, purchasing, receiving, stocking, storage, issuance, and distribution of parts, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, inventory, and surplus property.
The role also supports the maintenance and repair of inventory items and assists in the operation of Just-In-Time (JIT) warehouse storage areas, receiving functions, inventory control systems, and material management facilities.
Additionally, the position oversees customer service operations to ensure efficient and accurate parts support as well as driving to various locations to conduct inventory counts and delivery of automotive parts.
The Customer Service Representative II - Parts Inventory, duties include but are not limited to the following:
Ordering, purchasing, receiving, stocking, storage, issuance, and distribution of parts, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, inventory, and surplus property.
Sourcing heavy duty diesel parts, and body shop parts.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a FLEET Management Department Position at the Tier I Level.
Preference will be given to qualified applicants with previous experience with MS Excel, MS Access, SAP, and Asset-works M5.
Two years or more of experience sourcing heavy duty diesel parts, and body shop experience in a retail or maintenance environment is preferred. Driving License is highly desired.
**Preference shall be given to eligible veteran applicants provided such persons possess the qualifications necessary for competent discharge of the duties involved in the position applied for, such persons are among the most qualified candidates for the position, and all other factors in accordance with Executive Order 1-6.**
