As a Corrections Stock Clerk, you will maintain, receive, and distribute inventory within the shared warehouse and commissary area of SCI Somerset and SCI Laurel Highlands.
You will process vendor shipments, confirm receipt, inspect materials, and match packing slips with purchase orders.
You will also conduct audits to regularly replenish inventory and ensure inventory is properly stored, distributed, and logged.
This role requires solid organizational skills and effective communication to oversee inmate work assignments, maintain attendance records, input payroll, and conduct orientation and training.
In addition, you will operate various equipment including forklifts, hand trucks, and delivery vehicles move oversized and heavy materials.
