This job involves managing construction projects for military facilities focused on recreation and lodging in Europe, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with various teams to ensure projects meet regulations and needs.
A good fit would be someone with hands-on experience in construction management, strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, and knowledge of government policies.
Those with European project experience and professional engineering or architecture credentials would stand out.
This position is located at US Army Installation Management Command- Europe, Construction and Interior Design. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).
Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1.
Knowledge of the organization, mission, policies, governing project development, design and execution. 2. Work experience managing construction projects. 3.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1.
Three (3) years' of Major Construction experience in Europe. 2. Registered Architect or Engineer with a valid professional license.
