Job Description
The Probate Court is seeking a dependable and service oriented Part-Time Clerk to assist with daily court operations. This position requires a Spanish-speaking individual who is comfortable working with the public and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills and consistently exercises sound judgement, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while interacting with the public and supporting court operations.

Essential Duties
  • Providing customer service and assisting members of the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records in court databases
  • Providing clerical support including filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Handling cash and processing payments in accordance with court procedures
  • Communicating effectively verbally and in writing with the public, coworkers, and court officials
  • Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing assignments efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Grade
The grade for this position is 97.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of clerical/administrative office experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to communicate in Spanish
