The Department of Human Services is searching for an efficient, energetic, and detailed oriented individual for a Clerical Assistant 2 position at the Wernersville State Hospital in Wernersville, Pennsylvania. Requirements
The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will provide clerical and office support, as well as scheduling nursing staff for all three shifts by maintaining, updating, and keeping current the daily rosters. This includes scheduling overtime to provide proper staffing within the Department. Work performance provides an outreach between the Central Office and Timekeeping by ensuring a continuous flow of timely and consistent information. Maintains equalization of voluntary and mandatory overtime records as required

- Full time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Hours may change based on operational needs.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
