The Department of Environmental Protection's Northwest Regional Office is seeking a Clerical Assistant 2 to support the Oil and Gas Operations.

Requirements
As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will be responsible for Program Support in the Oil & Gas Program in the Northwest Regional Office. Responsibilities include all facets of permitting for the program from acceptance of permits to issuance as well as processing all associated documents. position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30 minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework), up to 3 days per week .
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108.00 (before taxes).

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
