Requirements
The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical functions in order to assist in the operations and management of the Linn Run State Park Complex. Performs duties that are routinely executed seven days a week and will be routinely scheduled to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed for park operations and to meet seasonal needs. Functions as the lead worker for the Aspira reservation system and for office volunteers. In addition, the Clerical Assistant 2 performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical functions dealing with operations, human resources, payroll, revenue, and training of employees. Employee is responsible for relieving the Park Manager of a wide variety of administrative details. Employee interprets various rules and regulations and makes decisions in regard to how they apply to public visitors and employees of the park.

- Full-time employment, 5 days, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
- Days and shifts will vary and include holidays and weekends.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary:
Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
