Engineering District 10-0 is searching for an energetic, efficient, and detail oriented individual for a Clerical Assistant 2 position in ourDesign Department. Requirements
In this position, you would perform the clerical and office duties for the ADE-Design and the Design Unit, which include, but are not limited to, independently answering phones, processing mail, proofreading documents, tracking deadlines, complaints and CCCs. Ability to assemble, organize and present status information from various source materials concerning the operation of a process or office activity.

- Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period.
Telework is not available within the first six months of employment.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Indiana. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
