Requirements
In this role, your primary workplace will be the Records Center, where you will focus on performing clerical tasks related to the digitization of historical program files. Your responsibilities will include scanning a variety of documents, categorizing electronic images appropriately, entering data accurately, and ensuring that the filing system remains organized and efficient. Furthermore, you may also be called upon to provide support in the reception area, which entails greeting visitors and managing incoming phone calls. It will be crucial to maintain effective communication with your supervisor, as you will need to discuss clerical processes and contribute suggestions aimed at improving overall job efficiency and performance.

Work hours and additional information:
- Limited Term, Full-Time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
