Leads job coaching sessions, helping clients prepare for employment.Creates customized job placement plans based on individual client needs.Teaches essential job-hunting skills: resume crafting, application guidance, and interview techniques.Builds and maintains relationships with employers.Assists with securing interviews tailored to clients' job goals.Collects and records client progress and employer feedback.Partners with local groups, agencies, and businesses for enhanced client services.Arranges and supports employment-related events like job fairs, employer workshops, business tours and mentoring events.Traveling within your service area for essential appointments with business partners, clients and community partners.Preferred Applicant for this position has:Strong communication skills.A high degree of self-direction and the ability to work well independently.Experience assisting individuals find employment.Experience and interest in helping others overcome barriers.Why You Should Join Our TeamThis is an opportunity to make a difference.
