Are you motivated and ambitious with a passion for software systems and data analysis? We are looking for a full time Business Analyst to join the Division of Fleet Operations and help us oversee the performance, automation, functionality, and compliance of our systems and provide optimal process solutions!

Principle Duties
As the Business Analyst, you will:
  • Provide data governance for the division's information.
  • Upload and retrieve data from fleet management software by creating tables and/or queries to perform data analysis.
  • Help customers identify better ways to utilize the system's capabilities.
  • Interface with data processing users to automate applications and/or resolve application and operating problems.
  • Pull data and provide ad hoc reports.
  • Design or enhance agency unique automated systems to interface with existing systems.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure proper operation and identify possible problem areas.
  • Analyze, summarize and review data to interpret results and make process recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications
The best qualified candidates will have:
  • Demonstrated database experience, namely the entry and retrieval of information, and creating tables and queries.
  • Demonstrated experience with MSAccess, SQL, and PowerBI
  • Preference may be given to applicants with experience in using a fleet management system
