The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring an Assistant General Counsel – Real Estate, Transactions, & Strategic Business Processes (AGC) to join our System Office’s Legal team.
This role will assist our colleges, which have over 35 campuses (and growing!) in the state of Colorado, with their real estate transactions.
We are looking for an attorney who is well-versed in the world of real estate and who can communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

As the AGC, you will provide support and expertise to CCCS with real estate projects, including acquisition and disposition of land and buildings and leasing of program space. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving complex business contracts for the System.
