Job Description

Summary

This job involves running and supporting bowling and recreational activities at a military base facility, including teaching people how to use equipment, organizing events like tournaments and leagues, handling money and fees, and keeping everything clean and in good repair.

It's a hands-on role in a fun, community-focused environment at Fort McCoy in Wisconsin.

Full Job Description

This position is located at McCoy's which includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces.

McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Fort McCoy Community. Announcement will a have a first cut office date of April 28, 2026.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Major Duties:

  • Supports recreational activity by applying knowledge and skill in the use of equipment, materials and facilities.
  • Instructs customers in the proper use of equipment and programs within area of responsibility.
  • Helps plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for a variety of sponsored special events, social activities, tournaments, leagues and related functions.
  • Issues/receives equipment. Collects fees, accounts for monies, safeguards funds and makes daily deposits.
  • Cleans and performs minor maintenance on facility equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
