Job Description
Summary
This job involves supervising and helping with the cleaning of multiple buildings and grounds at a state facility, including carpets, tiles, restrooms, showers, windows, and managing trash and recycling.
A good fit would be someone with hands-on experience in janitorial or maintenance work who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable with routine tasks in a team setting.

Full Job Description
Supervise and assists in the cleaning of 31 facilities to include 64,791 square feet of carpet, and 7,610 square feet of ceramic tile. Responsible for cleaning of 57 latrines, 46 urinals, 105 lavatories, 31 showers and 556 storefront windows. Monitors the refuse collection to ensure that containers are emptied on a scheduled basis. Monitors recycling program for the Civil Engineering Facility.Requirements
