Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives 2.
Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues 3.
Counsels both leadership and workforce on complex legal issues generating and assessing both conventional and novel approaches to problems 4.
Designs and develops programs to address critical community requirements 5.
Proven ability to manage high volume of complex legal work, establishing priorities and coordinating work across assigned programs to achieve timely and positive outcomes. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1.
Expertise in one or more areas of federal government legal practice, such as national security law, civilian personnel law, human resources, personnel litigation, intelligence oversight, intelligence law, data and privacy law, artificial intelligence, and operational law.
