Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing Navy Working Capital financial management concepts and financial management systems to identify policy requirements and to apply analytical methods and techniques for the proper execution of resources in compliance with financial operating policies and procedures.
