Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a financial team in a naval warfare center, where you'll analyze budgets, track spending, and create reports to help leaders make smart decisions about money and operations.
You'll guide junior staff, ensure everything follows rules, and keep projects on track financially.

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIVISION (C03), COMBAT SYSTEMS TEST & EVAL DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing analyses of financial management programs to conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of resource allocation, budget execution, and business operations for providing advice to leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing the financial effectiveness of organizational missions.
