Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NO-03 (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing acquisition and contract management support for facilities operations, including services such as day-to-day operational services, furniture services, custodial services, grounds maintenance, and refuse collection.

Experience as a Contracting Officers Representative (COR), developing procurement packages, and analyzing budgets and the effectiveness of facility operations.

  • You will coordinate and prepare analyses and briefings.
  • You will provide acquisition support in the areas of cost, schedule, performance, and procurements to the facilities team and facilities director.
  • You will research and investigate new or improved business and management practices for application to facilities operations.
  • You will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of facilities operations in meeting facility goals and objectives.
  • You will create SAP acquisition and purchase procurement packages.
  • You will support and assist the facility director during budget development and analyze and evaluate budgets.
