Full Job Description

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing executive-level administrative operations by coordinating processes, workflows, and protocols that support senior leaders and ensure organizational priorities and engagements are executed efficiently.

2) Coordinating and synchronizing senior leader calendars and engagements, prioritizing meetings, briefings, and events while collaborating with multiple offices and stakeholders to support mission objectives.

3) Preparing, editing, and routing executive correspondence and briefing materials, including memorandums, summaries, and information packages using office automation and task management systems.

4) Tracking and managing administrative actions and suspense items using tools such as SharePoint, Excel, or other task management systems to ensure timely completion of staff actions and accurate information flow.

5) Coordinating executive administrative support functions, including travel arrangements, visitor coordination, conference calls, telecommunications, and records management while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • You will coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leadership, ensuring compliance with applicable travel regulations and policies.
  • You will screen and prioritize incoming communications prepare executive summaries and maintain accurate records and information flow across multiple communication and information management systems.
