Full Job Description

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DIVISION of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

NO-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NO-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assists with drafting or analyzing policies/procedures and overseeing allocation of resources and/or administrative processes within an RDT&E organization.

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Department, and associated staff codes.
  • You will be responsible for advising the Director of Corporate Operations on all operational matters which either organizationally align to Code 80000 directly.
  • You will be responsible for working with Command Operations to analyze and monitor space management, and maintain and improve infrastructure, in support of Department and Command Operations.
  • You will work closely with the Department Head, Deputy Department Head, and Division Heads to develop/implement Department and Center strategic and tactical actions.
  • You will establish policy and directs the technical and programmatic allocations of Department facilities.
