Full Job Description

You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS AND LIFE CYCLE ENGINEERING (40000) of NIWC ATLANTIC.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Accountable for all aspects of Integrated Product Support (IPS), applying knowledge of the 12 interdependent IPS elements to provide logistics oversight and Life Cycle Management for technical issues.

Have a proven ability to lead diverse and geographically separated teams in developing and executing successful product support programs while managing cost, schedule, and performance.

• You will lead the Integrated Product Support (IPS) team to develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle management strategies, ensuring mission readiness and sustainability of defense systems.
• You will oversee the execution of product support activities, managing cost, schedule, and performance metrics to optimize logistics efficiencies and supportability.
• You will coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to assess technical deficiencies and recommend corrective actions, ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
• You will develop and maintain logistics documentation, including support plans and performance assessments, to drive continuous improvement in product support initiatives.
• You will promote digital transformation within the logistics framework by leveraging data analytics and adhering to data governance policies to enhance decision-making processes.
