Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage the full lifecycle of naval defense systems, focusing on logistics to keep equipment ready and efficient from design through maintenance.
It requires overseeing budgets, timelines, and performance while working with contractors to fix issues and improve processes using data tools.
A good fit would be someone with experience in team leadership, logistics planning, and government or defense projects who enjoys coordinating complex operations.
You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS AND LIFE CYCLE ENGINEERING (40000) of NIWC ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Accountable for all aspects of Integrated Product Support (IPS), applying knowledge of the 12 interdependent IPS elements to provide logistics oversight and Life Cycle Management for technical issues.
Have a proven ability to lead diverse and geographically separated teams in developing and executing successful product support programs while managing cost, schedule, and performance.
