A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates.
Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities.

Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.
To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
Applicants must have 52 weeks of Specialized Experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal Service, which includes: Overseeing the operations and operating efficiency of a team by providing technical and/or administrative guidance.
Advising and informing management and employees of human resources rules, policies, regulations, and procedures.
Reviewing and analyzing financial reports on program activities and proposed program or budget changes to identify trends in order to advise management. Major Duties:
Major duties of this position are: Directly supervises an administrative staff charged with responsibility for ensuring that regional programs and initiatives are aligned with Agency strategic goals.
Directs the planning, development, submission, and execution of the regional operational budget.
Reviews and analyzes regional financial reports on program activities and proposed program or budget changes.
Directs regional grants financial activities and initiatives; oversees the advising of OSHA grantees on accounting systems, operational accounting problems, budgeting, and grants management administration.
Plans, develops, and implements the regional management analysis program and serves as the principal advisor on management issues, human resources utilization, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Provides advice and assistance on human resources management issues including labor-management relations, adverse actions, personnel structure, recruitment, and EEO.
Serves as the senior regional contact with the regional I) Human Resources, 2) financial services, 3) procurement, 4) information technology, 5) management officials, 6) National Office counterparts, and 7) other Federal Agencies.
