Full Job Description

You will serve as an Administrative Specialist in the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Office of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

NO-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band NO-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing and/or managing the full lifecycle of technical communication products, including videos, articles, and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic communication objectives, mission priorities, and stakeholder requirements.

NO-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: provide assistance in directing the full lifecycle of technical communication products, including videos, articles, and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic communication objectives, mission priorities, and stakeholder requirements.

  • You will ensure the accuracy of technical terminology and information presented in all communication products, collaborating with subject matter experts and adhering to security protocols.
  • You will operate and maintain video and audio equipment, lighting, and other production tools. Helps manage the command's podcast and live broadcast studio, supporting real-time communications and leadership technical messaging.
  • You will establish and enforce standards for technical accuracy and quality across all technical communication products.
  • You will manage the branch's technical production equipment inventory. Develops long-term acquisition and maintenance strategies for production tools.
