Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing the upkeep and operations of buildings and facilities at a naval base to keep everything running smoothly for the workforce.

You will serve as an Administrative Specialist for the Program Director of Trident Refit Facility (TRF), Bangor.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing facilities infrastructure to ensure structures, systems, utilities or equipment meets the needs of the workforce to support the strategic mission, extend functional facility life, and minimize lifecycle costs.
