What You’ll Do

  • Executive Partnership: Provide high-level confidential support to the CHRO, Deputy CHRO, and legal leadership. You’ll be the architect behind their presentations, reports, and official correspondence.

  • Legal & Litigation Support: Assist the General Counsel and Director of Employment Litigation by managing case files, transcribing dictation, and preparing complex legal documents.

  • Command Central: Coordinate high-stakes meetings and special events—from securing facilities and drafting agendas to ensuring minutes are captured and distributed.

  • Operational Excellence: Review and process personnel requests to ensure policy compliance and keep the Office of Human Resources Management running smoothly by managing resources and supplies.

  • Team Synergy: Act as a vital backup for the Executive Assistant and HR Generalist, ensuring seamless operations across the department.

Qualifications

Training: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in the area of assignment.
Substitution: Additional qualifying experience as described below may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Experience: Three years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in a professional, administrative, technical, or supervisory position related to the area of assignment.
Substitution: Graduate study in the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to two (2) years of the required experience.
