Full Job Description

You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the CNIC of NSA ANNAPOLIS.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Exercising management principles and practices, theories and regulations, current/revised guidance, and policies regarding all facets of administrative programs; 2) Providing administrative services and procedures such as forms management, files, directives and correspondence management, classified material custodian, records management, office equipment and supplies; 3) Monitoring/executing financial and budgetary transactions to ensure adequate control of funds; 4) Communicating administrative program reports, changes in protocol, and correspondence.

  • You will analyze current manpower data (e.g., civilian strength, vacancies, projected gains, projected losses) to determine man hour requirements.
  • You will advise internal and external customers on agency administrative policies and/or procedures.
