This job is for an Administrative Officer in the Army National Guard, where you'll lead a brigade headquarters team, advise the commander on daily operations and readiness, and manage resources to keep everything running smoothly.
It's a senior leadership role that involves planning, problem-solving, and overseeing staff up to GS-11 level.

This ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER position, is located in an Army National Guard brigade level headquarters, with no subordinate units assigned and is part of the CA 1106 TASMG.
General Experience: Experience, education or training in managing or directing, one or more programs, including appropriate supporting service organizations; Supervisory, managerial, professional or technical work experience and/or training which has provided knowledge of management principles, practices, methods and techniques; Experience using computer and automation systems.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, GS-0341-13: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-12 level that demonstrates the ability in analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data and recognizing solutions; Experience preparing reports, plans, policies and various correspondence; Experience evaluating objectives and develop plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various resources; Experience utilizing the organization, its mission and the organizational staff procedures; Experience using quantitative and qualitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative and technical programs; Experience developing the mission and work processes of programs throughout the military organization and multi level agencies; Experience in analytical and investigative techniques; Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel?

THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION The primary purpose of the ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, GS-0341-13, is to function as the Officer in Charge (OIC) of the organization.
Serves as the principal staff officer and primary advisor to the Commander for providing leadership, oversight, information, analysis, guidance and recommendations on readiness and day-to-day matters of the command.
Base level of work supervised is GS-11. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance.
