Requirements
In this position, you will be expected to report to work on a daily basis while familiarizing yourself with relevant regulations and agency policies. You will engage in comprehensive training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. Your responsibilities will include meticulously reviewing invoices to ensure their accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements. Additionally, you will conduct site visits to meet with service providers, assess program descriptions, and address any issues that may arise with the administration. You will oversee the Title IV-E department, focusing on the management of child eligibility files, and coordinate activities related to the Random Moment Time Study (RMTS). Furthermore, you will assist in collecting data pertaining to child welfare and the Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) to support the development of the state Needs Based Budget and the County Budget Preparation. Your role will also involve preparing the CY28 Report for child county and completing the OYFS IV-E foster care rate descriptions necessary for contract packet submissions. Lastly, you will be responsible for fulfilling any additional duties as assigned by Agency Administration.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Administrative Officer 1; or
- Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- This particular position also requires possession of a valid driver's license.
