Advertised Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education (UME ), provides administrative support to the O?ce of Undergraduate Medical Education. Works closely with the Assistant Dean for Pre-Clinical Curriculum and the Assistant Dean for Clinical Curriculum and Assessment as the primary coordinator of multiple platforms associated with medical students during the four years of pre-clinical and clinical education. Demonstrates commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations. Acts on non-compliant activities and report when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.
• Experience with database management and maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and reporting reliability preferred.
• Familiarity with medical education and medical terminology are beneficial.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Requires the ability to work with a variety of people and to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality and work with limited supervision a must.
• Computer skills required, including Microsoft Office components.
• Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.
