This job is for an administrative assistant at a U.S.

Basic computer skills, and clerical or administrative work experience which indicates the ability to perform the duties as described above. 2.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and other software as required. 3. Must be able to type 40 wpm. 4.
Knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation and composition techniques needed to accurately type a variety of material from written sources or voice recordings. 5.
Possess the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Experience must be reflected on resume to receive credit In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess 1 year of experience in administrative/clerical work.
