As an Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a lead worker by distributing and interpreting work assignments, providing assistance, conducting on-the-job training, and reviewing the work for adherence to processing standards.
Work involves carrying out various administrative assignments including research and studies in connection with the development and evaluation of agency programs.
You will be responsible for maintaining personnel and administrative files; assisting with preparing service provider contracts; as well as utilizing your extensive typing skills to compile a variety of letters, reports, contracts, transmittals, and vouchers.
