*THIS POSITION IS REPOSTED - Previous applicants are still under consideration and do not need to reapply*The person in this position will provide general administrative support for Office Director(s) such as actively monitoring appointment calendars, composing correspondences and documents, compiling materials for meetings and travel arrangements, travel authorizations, travel reimbursements, processing mail (email and paper), filing, and routing correspondence. Revise and edit correspondence; gather, analyze, and compose information. Develop and revise electronic forms to support communication within the office and with school districts. Maintain a directory of stored materials such as standard operating procedures for efficient updates and retrieval. Support the monitoring of office budgets; provide monthly updates to the director(s) and staff regarding operational efficiency and suggest and train staff through necessary adjustments for improvement. Initiate and process information related to the Office of Finance and assist staff in utilizing individual budgets. Support special projects beyond core duties, including but not limited to: managing website and social media content, overseeing project timelines, polishing and publishing content for office staff, and managing professional development records for educators attending Office of Career Readiness (OCR) professional development for renewal credit. Manage the OCR website; refine and upload 504 compliant content material to the website. Prepare and route purchase orders and grant awards through the appropriate approval channels. Support other staff in accurately completing purchase orders and utilizing the ART system. Use various budgetary and operational management platforms to prepare and reconcile purchase orders and invoices for all supplies and materials, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Train office staff and support staff on new and existing procedures, including travel processing, purchasing, correspondence development, and budgeting and fund tracking. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of relevant administrative or program experience; or associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience; or high school diploma and five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative experience. Strong proficiency in typing, grammar, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
