The Training Center of the SCCB is seeking a motivated individual to provide high-level administrative support to the Training Center. Responsibilities of the Training Center Administrative Coordinator include but are not limited to:Accurately enter data into the AWARE system, prepare and maintain records, ensure office supplies are ordered timely and maintained, and provide administrative support as needed to the Vocational Rehabilitation Training Center Manager, staff, and consumers.
Select service vendors and schedule services for consumers.
Verify receipt of goods and services from vendors who provide services to consumers.
Process payment of goods and services upon verification that services were delivered.
In coordination with the Training Center Manager, schedule speakers and other activities.
Prepare reports as requested by the Training Center Manager and Executive Staff.
