The Office of the Insurance Commissioner is looking for an Administrative Assistant 3 to join our team and support the Provider Network Oversight (PNO) Program within the Rates, Forms, and Provider Networks (RFPN) Division and is based out of our Tumwater Office.

About the Position
In this role, you will help drive projects forward by strengthening processes, improving workflows, and ensuring information flows accurately and on time.
You will also use independent judgement to prioritize requests, manage competing deadlines, and triage communications directed to PNOP leadership.
If you excel at simplifying complex information into clear next steps, keeping priorities aligned in a fast-paced environment, and spotting gaps before they slow the work down, this role may be a strong fit for you.
Rates, Forms, and Provider Network team members are required to be in-office (4) days a week for the first 30 days of employment, (3) days in-office for days 31-90, and then (2) days from then on.
This recruitment may be used to establish a qualified pool of candidates for Administrative Assistant 3 vacancies in the next sixty days.
This is a Washington General Service position. The monthly salary range for this position is $3,925 - $5,271.

Required Qualifications:
*Three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience in office/clerical, secretarial, or general administrative work in a professional office environment at a senior clerical level.
*A degree with a focus in business administration, public administration or closely related field from an accredited institution whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S.
Department of Education or the Council of Higher Education Accreditation, or a foreign equivalent will substitute year for year of professional work experience.
Proof of degree may be required prior to employment. If a degree was awarded outside of the United States, candidates must provide a credential evaluation report.
