The Administrative Assistant 1 is responsible for performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and technical services that are carried out with a great deal of independence.
Responsibilities include coordination of documentation, file expunctions, organization and knowledge of provider resources, and facilitation of the Agency’s internal program monitoring.
Attention to detail in this role is critical to avoid the County not being reimbursed for services provided.
Incumbents would also be responsible for scheduling timely meetings and preparing training and on-boarding materials as requested by the Program Specialist.
This employee will act as the technical lead for the Agency’s imaging database and will scan and upload all identified and pertinent documents.
Additionally, you are responsible for entering data into the Statewide Adoption Network portal for children in care and tracking related data.
You will be tasked with monitoring incidents through the system. This role carries out management of contracts utilized by Wayne County Children and Youth Services. Other duties include:
