Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Examples of specialized experience may include some of the following: 1) Managing all phases of design, production, printing, and distribution of published products; 2) Utilizing digital production methods to edit manuscripts and manage all manuscript review; 3) Identifying materials needed for publication and skill in judging completeness and usability of author 's content; and 4) Researching and consulting to determine the accuracy of facts and documentation.
