Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).

Major Duties:

  • Serves as liaison between management and CPAC and coordinates all aspects of the activities' personnel actions with the servicing CPAC.
  • Provides advice and assistance to managers and supervisors on complex personnel management matters involving staffing, and recruitment and placement actions.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and the Army Benefits Center- Civilian.
  • Interprets local policies and directives, and provides guidance and advice to management and personnel at all levels.
