As a Unified Communications Specialist, you will participate in providing outstanding technical and administrative support of voice infrastructure and associated technologies.
Our team will rely on your knowledge and experience to support a wide array of technologies including A/V Conference Room Equipment, VOIP, unified communications, mobile devices, and analog lines.
You will independently and collaboratively the install, configure, troubleshoot, and test hardware and software.
Responsibilities involve responding to, evaluating, and determining the proper course of action for agency and end user requests.
This includes implementing repair timelines, coordinating activities of multiple vendors, and following up with users to verify functionality and ensure work has been satisfactorily completed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, two days a week in the office.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
