This job involves inspecting commercial buildings in eastern Pennsylvania counties to ensure they meet state safety codes and prevent hazards, including checking construction against plans, talking with builders about fixes, and writing reports.

In this role, you will perform the full range of building inspection and enforcement for compliance with the UCC and other applicable state laws and regulations as part of our UCC Inspection District #1 East team serving Montgomery, Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
