We are seeking a EVS Supervisor-Building/Grounds Specialist III, who is motivated to help individuals and families navigate life's challenges and achieve long-term wellness.

Responsible for ensuring cleaning supplies are replenished along with daily maintenance and repair of all Environmental Services equipment.
Assess need for and insure availability of all necessary supplies and equipment. Note damaged or malfunctioning equipment and takes the necessary action to repair.
Responsible for the proper issue, use, and storage of supplies.
Assist with continually monitoring the productivity and quality of the work of the Environmental Services staff. Conduct unannounced checks. Ensure proper utilization and application of pesticides.
Assist with supervision and monitoring the productivity and quality of clean linen distributed throughout the facility.
Help develop a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for Environmental Services equipment.
Assist in evaluating new cleaning and laundry products and supplies; make recommendations regarding equipment.
Responsible for the safe storage and distribution of EVS materials and machinery within the facility.
