The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of State-Operated Specialty Care, Bureau of Woodward Resource Center (WRC) is seeking a Treatment Program Manager to join our Habilitation Services team!
What You'll Do
As a Treatment Program Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervision: Supervise and evaluate the work of subordinate staff. Administer personnel and related policies and procedures.
Oversee the work of Resident Treatment Supervisors to train them in the supervision of active treatment programs by assigning caseloads, advising on methods, reviewing written records, and providing feedback on work performed.
Applicants will be required to complete a background check to be considered for this position and should possess a valid Iowa Driver’s License.
