This recruitment is to fill a Term-Limited Temporary position that is anticipated to end in December 2027. If filled by a King County employee who has passed their initial probation, it will be a Special Duty Assignment.
King County’s Finance and Business Operations Division, Treasury Section is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA) to support the Property Tax Administration Systems (PTAS) project!
The PTAS project is a highly complex, multi-year initiative to develop and configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (Finance and Operations (F&O) and Power Platform) to replace King County’s legacy mainframe-based property tax billing and collection system.
The Sr. BSA will be part of an Agile Scrum team focused on delivering implementation-ready functional design documents. We are looking for candidates with an energetic and collaborative spirit, who are hands-on and personally motivated to learn and implement new technology.

Work Site Details: The team works in a hybrid model, with days in the office as well as telecommuting. The ratio of remote to onsite work will be dependent on business needs and is subject to change.
