Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing and supporting training programs for thousands of Navy Reserve sailors in information warfare, including developing courses, coordinating with various groups, and ensuring everyone meets their training goals.
You'll help with everything from assigning classes to analyzing how well the programs work and giving advice to leaders.
It's a great fit for someone with experience in large-scale training coordination who enjoys working with military teams and solving organizational challenges.
You will serve as a Training Specialist within the COMNAVIFORES Training (N7) department providing management and training support to the command, the six NIFR Regions, and 8,000 Information Warfare Reserve Sailors.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS/GG-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing large-scale training programs, to include program development, requirements generation, and quota control for a geographically dispersed organization.
Assigning advanced technical training and coordinating with multiple organizations and stakeholders to facilitate student integration.
Analyzing and evaluating training program effectiveness, including developing analytical tools, analyzing data to identify gaps or deficiencies, and providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
Maintaining liaison and collaboration with personnel across various organizations, training centers, and intelligence agencies to coordinate training requirements, serve as an activity representative, and ensure program alignment with operational needs.
