JOB PURPOSE:
Under limited supervision within the Office of Professional Standards, Training and Certification area, serves as the lead for training and curriculum development needs for the agency. Responsible for development and coordination of staff development and training programs for agency staff with special emphasis on ensuring compliance and standards are identified and met. Assists in the training of other direct care staff in the agency as needed or required. Assists in conducting needs assessments and other quality assurance measures as necessary.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs and develops training curricula, lesson plans, and related materials focusing on performance and promoting an effective learning environment.STATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
