It's a full-time office role in Texas where you'll handle data entry, reports, and customer service for military bases.

This position will be assigned to the Air Force Service Center, Port San Antonio, TX. This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have demonstrated experience to work professionally with the public and have general experience with theme parks and attractions.
Work experience should include the monitor and control of ticket inventory, data entry, preparing reports, and resale operations.
Experience using web-based applications, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams is required and experience with other Microsoft 365 apps is highly desirable.
Experience in Information Ticket and Tours (ITT) at a military installation or with industry is desirable.

The purpose of this position is to assist higher level specialists in the operation of the Air Force Central Ticket Program. Orders all tickets, mailing supplies. and promotional materials.
Receives installation orders for attraction and theme park tickets and fills the orders within prescribed timelines.
Establishes and maintains a current database of all consignment tickets received by the branch and of all tickets consigned to the field.
Accountable for the entire ticket inventory of consigned tickets (potential value in excess of $1M). Maintains accurate records to account for all tickets. Receives, counts.
and verifies all tickets received from vendors or returned from bases and places them into inventory.
Establishes and maintains an electronic tracking system to ensure all tickets shipped to installations are accounted for.
Reviews and monitors base participation in the program and notifies the Program Specialist of any problems with participation.
Receives periodic sales reports from installations, balances reports against tickets consigned to the installation, and reports sales.
Uses this data to prepare a request for electronic payment from HQ AFSVC/VF.
Monitors monthly sale of consigned tickets from various vendors and maintains a current listing of computed performance allowances due from vendors.
Conducts a monthly inventory and cooperates with inventory spot checks. Prepares a monthly status report to the Program Specialist on transactions and volume of consignments.
Answers program-related questions from the field and provides information on the status of their account. Tracks lost or late ticket deliveries and reports on instances to the Program Specialist.
