This job involves leading the design, integration, and management of advanced communication systems like land mobile radios and satellite networks for the Navy's crisis response operations.
You'll act as an expert advisor, coordinating with teams and partners to ensure these systems are secure, reliable, and up-to-date with the latest technology.

You will serve as a TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST in the Crisis Response and Interoperable Communications System Branch, Special Comms Mission Solution Division of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or (DS-05) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing system engineering direction and technical leadership to engineers, technicians, and IT professionals; 2) Implementing and managing the execution of rapid integration projects involving of Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Combat Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, computer networks, IT systems and related A/V and electronic systems; 3) Leading technical innovation and organizational change to adapt with industry growth in technology; 4) Coordinating with strategic leaders and tactical partners in addition to industry to develop immediate and future solutions for the warfighter; 5) Providing technical engineering mentorship and project management direction to subordinates and other professionals.
