Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to oversee the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery of advanced technology projects for the Navy's command, control, and intelligence systems, including both ongoing programs and new initiatives.
It focuses on managing complex technical work, working with various partners, and ensuring projects run smoothly while innovating to improve military operations.
A good fit would be an experienced project leader with a background in defense technology, strong team management skills, and knowledge of government procurement processes.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading a team to manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance for the development of new capabilities supporting existing program of record and/or establishing new acquisition projects and programs; managing complex technical projects, fostering innovation in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence systems; engaging with internal and external stakeholders; having an understanding of Science and Technology, requirements management, capability integration, modern acquisition practices, and program management of Warfare capabilities; and overseeing activities entailing improving operational capability through automation and high reliability.
