This job involves leading a team of contractors to maintain and repair building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical in city facilities, while coordinating work orders and ensuring everything runs smoothly for government operations.
It's a hands-on role that includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and responding to emergencies, even after hours.
A good fit would be someone with practical experience in HVAC repairs who enjoys supervising others and working in a supportive government environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent and four (4) years' experience with HVAC or related systems.
No SubstitutionsLICENSES REQUIRED: Valid Driver License
Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.
