You will serve as a Logistician in the VERTICAL LAUNCHING SYSTEM AND AUR DIVISION, SENSORS WEAPONS AND LAUNCHERS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION.
The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze.

For the NT-04 pay band: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and coordinating the product support resources and actions necessary to meet the requirements of asset availability; managing product support elements concerning asset availability; planning and analyzing transportation options to meet program needs; assuring that the most effective and economical means of support are considered and planned for during all stages of a weapon system's life cycle; utilizing product support management tools and databases to assure all program areas are properly worked; and developing and providing product status and progress reports to key program personnel in support of a weapon system program.
For the NT-03 pay band: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-05 to GS-08 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
