Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading technical projects to design, build, test, and maintain systems that measure sound on Navy ships during acoustic trials.
You'll manage budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure these systems support naval operations effectively.

You will serve as a Technical Project Manager in the Acoustic Trials Onboard Measurement Systems (ATOMS) Department of CARDEROCK DIV NS.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer leading or managing all phases of project schedules, communications, budgets and control mechanisms for shipboard acoustic measurement systems.
